Tensor Personnel is completely customisable, with the ability to bend, flex and adapt to changes in protocol and the way in which your company operates.
Screen layouts within the personnel software can be added and modified to reflect the different tasks and procedures that your company carries out.
Fully customisable reports can also be generated by the personnel software allowing it to seamlessly blend in with your own corporate identity.
These reports can be exported to a variety of formats including HTML and CSV, ideal for either printing or displaying within your company's intranet.
There are three versions of Tensor Personnel currently available allowing you to choose the version best suited to your company's requirements:
- Small Business - ideal for companies employing 50 people or less
- Lite - a multi-user version, ideal for companies employing up to 250 people
- Enterprise - a multi-user, multi-site edition that has no employee limits
And Tensor Personnel is easily upgradable, allowing you to install a new version as and when your company grows in size.
Personnel Software
Tensor Personnel completely integrates with both the WinTA Lite and WinTA Enterprise time and attendance systems, but may also be used as a stand-alone application. It can also be combined with the WinBadge software, allowing you to produce your own photographic identification cards.
All versions of Tensor's personnel software come complete with EU Working Time Directive modules, thus ensuring that your company remains compliant with european law.
