Tensor provides all customers with access to a dedicated online customer
support area, which requires a username and password. A range of information
is available specific to your particular system, including downloadable
material such as manuals, installation guides, and help files.

and log in with your username and password. If you do not know your
logon details, then simply
contact our webmaster
upon which your identity will be checked against our system, and your details sent.
