A school has been broken into for the third time in the last 12 months. A man was spotted in the grounds around the time of a metal theft at the Welsh primary, and police think he was with someone else. Supt Simon Clarke, leading the investigation into the incident at Tonypandy School, said: "I've said it before, somebody somewhere knows who did it. I urge them to do the right thing and make that call. Enough is enough."
