Covid Secure Solutions
As part of our commitment to help businesses improve their security and operational efficiency, we also want our products to help ensure a higher level of hygiene and reducing the risk of spreading COVID-19 or other diseases within their premises, Tensor has launched the Covid Secure initiative and associated marque. Under the Covid Secure initiative, the relevant products and systems supplied by Tensor are internally assessed by an expert panel in order to ensure that they help minimize the risk of spreading in the workplace. Products that meet the initiative’s stringent assessment criteria (contactless, touch-free operation, ease of use, etc.) will display the associated marque in all future marketing materials and brochures, for immediate identification and reassurance.

With a temperature screening option available, the system can issue alerts when a member of staff has an elevated body temperature and/or prevent them from accessing your site to ensure a higher level of hygiene and reduce the risk of infection with COVID-19 and/or other dangerous viruses or bacteria.

Our Self Service Module software working alongside our Time & Attendance system allows employees to clock in/out of work from their devices. Overall allowing you accurately manage and record staff’s working times, whether in the office or on site / working from home, and offer your staff the tools they need to manage their clockings, flexitimes or holidays wherever they might be.
Visitor Management made Simple
By installing our touch-free Self-Service Visitor Management system (SSVM) on an existing touchscreen tablet. Easily modernise your reception desk and reduce interaction with reception staff. Visitor questionnaires can be filled-in off-site previous to arrival, while on-site registration is conducted via contactless QR code scanning.

COVID-19 Software Notifications
- Staff members who are booked to specific absence codes (self-isolating / potentially infected) are prevented from accessing the organisation’s site
- Staff members who have used the same clocking units as a potentially infected individual within a specific time interval can be immediately traced and notified
- Staff members’ changing health status can be logged and saved as pandemic state records (self-isolating, tested/not-tested, in lockdown, etc.)
- Personnel booked on to specific absence codes are immediately denied access
