Booking visitor meetings in advance or pre-booking on-site contractors will not be a hassle anymore. Tensor’s Visitor Management System will easily enable you to do this thanks to its super user-friendly setting.

Once an appointment/arrival has been set up in the system, it will record all the visitor information and will notify them of appointment details - for instance the appointment’s date, time and location.

A final email will then be sent to you when the visitors reach your site, so that you are aware of the visitors’ arrival.

Not only this, but our Visitor Monitoring System will allow you to keep all your appointments in order thanks to its appointment diary, which displays all scheduled appointments by day, week and month with their relevant details.

Badge Designer & ID Card Printer

If required, our Visitor Management System can also be integrated with an Access Control System that will grant access to the visitors according to the security settings applied to them.

In order to do this, they will require an access control smart card that can be designed and printed by our Badge Designer and ID Card Printer.

Tensor’s Badge Designer is an easy-to-use badge printing system that enables users to design the visitor badges; you will be able to personalise each badge with different text, static and dynamic images, static and dynamic barcodes, as you require. After the badges have been designed, they will be printed both on the front and reverse sides of the smart card with our ID Card Printers.
