Administered through the Welsh Assembly Government, the scheme is focused on businesses operating within key growth sectors. Darren Millar, Conservative Assembly candidate for Clwyd West, said: "It's a great opportunity for firms across the region to invest in their staff through training and personal development to reach their potential."
