Tensor Facial Recognition Access Control Solution Showcased at the Live Immersive Feature within the Security and Policing Event 2018
Tensor, the leading UK based designer, manufacturer, installer and systems integrator of smart card and biometric based Access Control, Visitor Monitoring and Time Management systems, is proud to announce that our integrated facial recognition access control solution has been selected to be a part of the Live Immersive Feature area at the Home Office Security and Policing Event 2018.
The Live Immersive Feature for the 2018 event, in partnership with Border Force, has unveiled the build of a Multi Modal Transport Hub, addressing the areas of counter terrorism, prohibited goods, clearance and human trafficking.
The feature showcases technologies for foot passenger and vehicle terminals, which address the challenge of individual passenger mass screening, whether those passengers are on the move through terminals or remaining within vehicles. The feature includes the screening of both baggage and goods vehicles.
Visitors can expect to see solutions used in current environments and technological advances that could play a key role in the future development of these sites. Themes include: advanced passenger information, detection of risk, behavioural analysis, identity verification, imposter detection and facilitation of legitimates.
Visitors will be guided through the feature, which follows the development of a Border Force Operation, which has been monitoring an organised crime gang for some time. During their journey various clues emerge in different situations that enable Border Force to use the latest techniques in gathering and analysing data and intelligence, from a number of different sources.
If you’re attending the Security & Policing Home Office Event 2018, we would like to welcome you at stand E49, where our representatives will provide you a complete and comprehensive overview of Tensor’s extensive range of products, solutions and services.
