Tensor Customer Training Webinar Terms and Conditions
1. Registration: By registering for Tensor's Customer Training Webinar, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled webinar will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to half of the webinar price invoiced to the registrant.
b. Registrants have the option to reschedule their attendance to a future webinar without incurring any additional charges, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled webinar.
3. No-shows: Failure to attend the webinar without prior cancellation notice will result in the full webinar fee being invoiced to the registrant.
4. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 72 hours of the webinar or for no-shows.
5. Substitutions: Registrants may request to substitute another individual to attend the webinar in their place at no additional cost, provided that Tensor is notified of the substitution at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar.
6. Changes by Tensor: Tensor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the webinar at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made or a full refund will be issued, at Tensor's discretion.
7. Liability: Tensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the webinar, including but not limited to the use or inability to use the information provided.
