The latest Tensor.NET & SSM Update, Version 4.5.0.29, See’s New Employee Importing Features & Absence Planner Fixes
Tensor.NET Version 4.5.0.29
New Features & Enhancements
Employee Importing – A new ‘Restrict Email’ button has been added for those users that make use of Tensor’s Employee Importer. The new button will allow the user to select whether the emails should be restricted and what templates should be used for the allowed emails. Users can enter a template of "*@tensor.co.uk" or even just "tensor" to allow any matching emails to be imported. If an email is attempted to be imported but doesn't match a template then it will blank out the email of that employee.
Customer Resolutions
A problem with the Auto Report emails has been fixed in this version. Report emails were not being sent or received in a recent version, changes have been made to resolve the issue.
A request for a new time period has been added to the Auto-Report feature. On previous versions, a ‘Current day’ and ‘Previous day’ were available but only meant running 00:00-23:59. A new ‘Last 24 hrs’ period has been added so auto-reports can be run for that period, particularly targeted for Access Control reports.
A display fault was recorded where the ‘rostered shift’ display in the amend clockings screen was not displaying the shift information correctly, physical clockings were also not visible on the physical clocking details tab.
